Most of our products will be shipped from Hongkong.
Most of the time, it will take at least 15 to 25 days. Since all products are shipped FREE of charge, it will take long.
Yes, unless you indicate in your order that you want it delivered by other means, like DHL, UPS, EMS, etc. However, additional shipping cost will be added to your order depending on your location and the weight of the product. Contact us if this happens.
Yes, to make sure your item will be assured, we offer shipping insurance for an additional fee. In case of missing or damage products, we can help you out immediately.
By default, we ship products by air mail. Should you request the product to be shipped by international courier, we are happy to do so.
Yes, it usually takes 1-3 days before the tracking number can be sent to your email. Tracking number is not available for items shipped via standard air mail.
Yes! All products are covered with 6 months warranty, for return, repair or replacement.
For now we accept payments through Paypal.
If you want to return the product because it doesn't work, you are allowed to return it within 25 days after receiving. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded back to you. The shipping of the item back to us will be shouldered by you. A 15% re-stocking fee will also be collected.
